Opening hours

We reply Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Italian time (that’s 8am to 5pm UK time), except on public holidays.
Messages that arrive at the weekend or on a public holiday are answered on the next working day. If you’re in Australia, our working day starts in your evening, so our reply will usually reach you overnight or the next morning.
