See it in person and take your time. If it’s not for you, send it back and we’ll pay for the return postage. We refund you to the same payment method.
Exceptions · Earrings: for hygiene reasons, only if still sealed (if they arrive faulty, we’ll replace them or refund you, whichever you prefer). Personalised pieces excluded, unless faulty.

UK law gives you 14 days. We give everyone 30.
What the law gives you
If you live in the UK, the law gives you 14 days from delivery to cancel your order, without giving a reason. If you live in Australia, the Australian Consumer Law protects you whenever a piece is faulty. These rights always apply.
With us: 30 days to return it
More time than the law asks for, and we pay for the return. The days count from delivery.
How it works
4 steps. Just one email.
- Email usWrite to info@uppereastjewels.com within 30 days of delivery, with your order number (it’s in your confirmation email).
- Get the instructionsWe send you the instructions and a prepaid returns label.
- Send it backPack the piece (in its original box, if you can) and hand the parcel to the courier within 14 days of emailing us.
- RefundWe check your return and refund you within 14 days of it reaching us, to the same payment method.
The conditions
A few rules, set out upfront.
- Try it on as you would in a shop. If it’s been worn beyond that, we may deduct the loss in value.
- If you can, send it back in its original packaging, with any pouches and tags, so it travels safely.
- Earrings: for hygiene reasons, only if still sealed (if they arrive faulty, we’ll replace them or refund you, whichever you prefer). Personalised pieces excluded, unless faulty.

Return or guarantee?
Two different things.
Return = “I don’t like it”
Within 30 days of delivery, no reason needed. We refund you.
Lifetime anti-tarnish guarantee = “it’s gone wrong”
If the plating tarnishes, flakes or peels with normal wear, send us a photo and your order number. Within 5 working days, you choose: a new piece, store credit +10% (valid for 12 months) or a refund.
